GOALS

They say ABS are made in the kitchen. Hey some cliches are true.
I work two different muscle groups daily. No more than 2 hours at 70%, which
allows me to workout everyday. If I did 100% I would need rest days and thats
not my goal. 
My goal is to build muscle endurance and look lean/cut. High cardio and many
reps with moderate weight. Subscribe to my YOUTUBE channel for more.
